Apartments Martinis

Apartments Martinis are located in two renovated traditional stone houses where our grandparents used to live, locally: nonoti and none, after which the apartments were named.

We, the grandchildren and great-grandchildren, chose the names of the apartments as a sign of gratitude and respect for family tradition.

The house of the Martinis family and the house of the Mardešić family are located thirty meters from the sea in the protected core of the city.

The house of the Martinis family / Apartment Nono Andre/ is an object of traditional, Mediterranean architecture, on the west side surrounded by the park of Mediterranean plants of the Hotel Biševo, on the east side is the panorama of Komiža with the dominating Benedictine monastery of St. Nicholas and the Venetian castle of the Commune.

On the southern side, the sea is sparkling, sailboats are swaying, you are covered by a starry sky that can only be seen above offshore islands. These views, stored in memory, will warm you on gloomy days on land. Narrow wooden stairs, characteristic of Mediterranean construction, lead to the apartment, in contrast to the terraces, where a wave of light and blue washes over you that awakens peace and joy in you. At this moment, our guests declare “We are staying!” And indeed, our guests return for years.

The location of the apartment is within easy reach of all facilities necessary for a pleasant vacation, yet in a quiet and peaceful area, 30 m from a small pebble beach and 300 m from the waterfront.

The house of the Mardešić family / Apartment Nona Antonija and Apartment Nono Miho/ is also a traditional stone family house. It is located in the center of the old town of Komiža, on the Riva itself, but in an oasis of peace 30 m away from all events, cafes, shops… from which it is separated by a frontal row of houses. The advantage of such a central location, in addition to the availability of all facilities necessary for a pleasant vacation, is the proximity of all Komi beaches, which are lined up one after the other, whether you are moving in a southeast or west direction.
